Energetic, nimble and resonating blues/rock singer Dana Fuchs will be at the Jazz Alley next Tuesday and Wednesday, March 14th and 15th. She’s amazing onstage, and you have to catch her at least once. I saw her last year, and her music is best when she performs live. It has a real intense and emotional vibe. I have a couple of her live recordings (Live in NYC, Songs From the Road) and one studio album (Bliss Avenue), and the first two have more excitement. There were quite a few tickets left when I last checked, so go see her while you can.
