The Rolling Stones topped the UK charts with Blue & Lonesome, released one week ago. It’s the first time in a while a blues album has hit the top of charts for all genres, and the first #1 for the Stones in 22 years. The album goes to their roots, doing covers of blues artists who inspired them in their early years, including Little Walter, Howlin’ Wolf, and Jimmy Reed.
