Kind of thin this week, but check out Patti Allen if you can. She puts on a great show, with the energy of Tina Turner and showmanship of Mick Jagger (she does a great cover of Jumpin’ Jack Flash). The Rafael Tranquilino Band is more famous in Mexico than here, but they should be getting some attention north of the border soon.
