Bumbershoot is this weekend, but there’s an annoying new rule barring re-entry. Once you’ve stepped off the festival grounds, you won’t be allowed to return for the rest of the day. The explanation is a vague “security” pretext, but the only people who will be helped are the official festival vendors. If you want to celebrate at your favorite bar or restaurant, don’t plan to go back afterwards. The music starts Friday at 1:30. Also this weekend, Michele D’Amour is celebrating the release of her new Wiggle Room album with two shows, Thursday at the Highway 99 and Friday at Sigillo Cellars. The schedule:
