The 2018 Winthrop Rhythm & Blues Festival is next month, and there are some strong headliners in Samantha Fish and Los Lonely Boys. Brett Benton & Gordon Townsend, semi-finalists at the IBC this year, will be kicking off the festivities on Friday, and BMA winner Curtis Salgado will be joined by guitarist Alan Hagar on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. Camping facilities are available, but make reservations soon, as those can be grabbed quickly. But if you prefer, of course, there are a a lot of other places to stay.
