This playable, scrap metal guitar is circulating around social media, but there’s not much background on it. It’s credited to Oscar González. This might refer to the corrido singer and guitarist based in Tucson who died in 2007 (obituary here). I’d like to know what it sounds like, and what it does as it’s played. Do the gears turn? Fine piece of work, in any case.
