More free stuff. Seattle Parks and Recreation and The Freeway Park Association have a Summer concert series, Free Blues & Cool Jazz at Freeway Park. Showtime is every Sunday, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from July 9th to August 27th. Free music in the park on a sunny day? I can’t think of a better way to spend it. The schedule includes
