KNKX is having two ticket drawings: The James Hunter 6 at Jazz Alley on February 5th, and Tedeschi Trucks Band at The Paramount on May 23rd. JH6 is an old-school, R&B combo playing 60s and 70s, Motown-style soul. TTB is literally a marriage between Susan Tedeschi‘s sweet vocals and the exhilarating guitar of longtime Allman Brothers Band member Derek Trucks. The band has 12 members, mostly carrying over from Susan and Derek’s bands before the union. Sign up for both drawings, but plan to go in any case. These will be two exciting evenings.
